Where does the glass from Glascentralen.se come from?
We import glass from glassworks and production facilities in Poland and other Eastern European countries. Today, the glassworks are owned by large experienced global manufacturers such as Guardian and Pilkington. We do not sell Chinese products.
What do I do if the ordered glass arrives damaged?
The glass is carefully packed in custom-made wooden crates for each shipment and damage is very rare. The carrier has each load insured. Upon receipt, you should check if the crate is damaged. If you're unsure, open it. If the glass inside is damaged, you should create a report, and for serious damage where the product cannot be used, contact us and refuse to accept the delivery.
What is the delivery time?
Normally 2 weeks from order, but for special orders or temporary shortage in assortment, the time may be extended, which we will notify you about. In such cases, you have the right to cancel the order.
Can you cancel an order?
For custom-sized glass, unfortunately not. For glass in standard format, it's possible as long as the goods haven't left the warehouse. This must always be agreed via phone or email, and until the cancellation is confirmed, the item is treated as ordered.
